How to buy a PRO subscription to access the full functionality and database?

Go to the homepage https://quickload.pro and click on the link "Pricing" in the header. That takes you to the pricing widget. Choose your desired currency and click "Get PRO subscription". Then follow the instructions, choose your preferred payment method, and buy the subscription.
